Lido di Classe
This Seaside area is divided at south by the Savio river from its namesake area, Lido di Savio, and adjacent at north with its pine grove, Pineta di Classe, which is situated alongside the coast and the Bevano's stream. The mouth of Bevano is a protected area included in the Nature Reserve Duna Costiera Ravennate. The name "Lido di Classe" derives from Classe, a locality in Ravenna where once stood an ancient Roman port of great importance.
Lido di Classe is an important destination, especially for families that look for a quiet holiday at the sea full of services.
This place also has a railway station, Lido di Classe-Lido di Savio, in the same railway line of Rimini-Ravenna-Ferrara, at its entrance you can find an autobus to reach Mirabilandia, situated in Savio, just a couple of kms far.
